Anilkumar Sakhe brings 15+ years of business development experience to beauty education. He has trained over 1,000 makeup professionals across India and abroad — many of whom now earn up to ₹1 lakh per month running their own beauty businesses. His focus is the operational side of being a beautician: pricing, client retention, and turning craft into a sustainable career.

Priyanka Sakhe is the creative force behind Master Beauty Academy. Recipient of the Award of Excellence in Makeup from LAPT London, and recognised as the Best Makeup Artist from Belagavi at the Global Fame Awards 2023 (presented by Bollywood actor Sonu Sood), Priyanka leads the technique side of the curriculum — facials, skin science, advanced hair treatments and professional makeup.

To raise the technical and professional standards of India's beauty industry — one rigorously trained beauty professional at a time. We refuse to dilute curriculum or shortcut hands-on practice to grow faster.

How we work

The 30-day Professional Beautician Course is taught directly by the founders. Priyanka Sakhe leads technique modules (skincare, hair, makeup) — drawing on her LAPT London training and Global Fame Awards 2023 recognition. Anilkumar Sakhe leads salon-management and business-side training, drawing on 15+ years of business development experience.

We teach the science behind every technique — not just the steps. A graduate who understands why a HydraFacial works on dehydrated skin, or why a hair botox treatment restores damaged hair, outperforms one who has only memorised the protocol.
